Delivery & Processing Delays Due to COVID-19
As the world continues to take the necessary precautions to combat the global pandemic, we see the impacts this has on shipping. Transportation availability and changing border relations have caused significant delays in shipping across the globe. Many carriers have removed any service guarantees. As always delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
U.S. Shipments
USPS, our partner in conjunction with Canada Post for U.S. shipments (USPS handles all shipments once they arrive in the U.S.) have been experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking and delivery. This is due to reduced domestic airline flight availability and strict safety precautionary measures. In short, delays are expected for all U.S. shipments. Most shipments are being delayed on average by an additional 1-2 business days. Shipments routing through USPS San Francisco are seeing more severe delays on delivery and tracking updates, in some cases by an additional 7-12 days.
