What if you can't help me?
When you complete the pre-call form, be sure to share as much detail as possible about what you need help with. If I think I won’t be able to help, I’ll get in touch and your consult will be cancelled for a full refund. If after our call you believe you received no value from your consultation I will refund you.
Can we discuss more than one item?
Yes of course; time permitting. If you’d like to cover multiple items please list them in order of importance when you complete your booking form. We’ll have time to delve into one or possibly two items within a 45 minute call, unless, of course, your questions are brief and straight forward.
Cancelling & Rescheduling

Consultations can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to your consultation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your consultation you will not get a refund.
