Return Policy

At Love Your Suds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Soap Shaper purchase, we have a comprehensive return policy in place to ensure a hassle-free return process. Please read the following return policy guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return your item/s in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt. We kindly request that you retain proof of purchase or receipt for reference during the return process.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by reply to your order confirmation email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
3. Refund Amount: Upon receipt of the returned item/s and verification of their condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, minus shipping charges and processing fees. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applicable to cover our costs for refund processing and restocking the returned items.
4. Deductions for Shipping Fees: If the original shipment was sent free of charge or through our discounted flat-rate shipping as part of our discounted shipping program, a shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping costs.
5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
6. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or apply partial refunds if the returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.
7. Exceptions: Certain products may have specific return guidelines due to their nature. For hygiene reasons, items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for more information.
8. Communication and Updates: We will maintain clear communication with you throughout the return process. Our customer support team will keep you informed about the status of your return, the refund amount, and any deductions that may apply.
9. Modifications to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
