What size do I need?
The size of the Soap Shaper you need depends on the size of the mold you are using, so the first step is to measure the inside dimensions of your mold. I do recommend taking measurements yourself because the measurements from suppliers are not always accurate. This is particularly true for Amazon sellers who are often selling items that they have never seen in person. Also worth noting; if you are using a Pringles can, they come in a few sizes depending on where you purchased it and when. Do you ship to my location?
Yes! Shipping is available worldwide via Canada Post or DHL. In most cases you'll be able to use the cart to get a quote for shipping to your location. Simply add the items you would like and start the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping address the shipping option available will be displayed in ascending order. How do I qualify for free shipping?
FREE SHIPPING is currently available for orders shipping to Canada, the USA or Puerto Rico. Once your order reaches the minimum value to qualify for FREE SHIPPING it will be automatically available for you to select during checkout. Click here > for more details on FREE SHIPPING.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Need a specific size for your mold? I offer FREE custom sizing in PLA for both Scraper-style and Pull-Through Shapers. Click on the links to browse the items currently available.
How do I qualify for the "thankreview" discount?
With every review you share on the website, you qualify for a 5% discount towards your next purchase (up to 15% off). To redeem: use coupon code THANKREVIEW, and include your previous order number/s for the products you reviewed in the notes section during checkout. Once your last order/s and review/s are verified, any additional discounts will be applied up to 15% off per order.
Please note: each review qualifies for one time for a 5% discount. All additional discounts will be applied as a refund after your order is shipped. Something is missing or damaged; what do I do?
We take great care in preparing your packages, but human error happens sometimes, and mail delivery can be unexpectedly rough occasionally. If something is missing or damaged, simply reach out by replying to your order confirmation email within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt. Photo/s of the following must be included:

Please note: replacements can only be provided within this timeframe and with photo/s of all the items listed above being provided; otherwise, we cannot confirm what was received or damaged or that an item wasn't accidentally discarded with the packaging.
Please also note: If the item's value is less than the cost to ship it, you have the choice of receiving a refund or we can include a replacement with your next order. If you choose the latter, a coupon code will be provided to you.
Your entire package, including all contents:
- All Love Your Suds Products included
- The box your package came in – Please show the inside of the box and any writing noted on the inside of the box
- All other packaging items (including tissue, padding, packaging peanuts, etc.)
- Your paper receipt with handwritten notes
- Zip-lock and/or glassine bag with ThankReview card and any extras

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Soap Shaper purchase, please return your item/s in original condition within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges.
