How long does order processing take?
Most Love Your Suds tools are made to order. While many orders are completed within 1 week, please allow up to 2 weeks for larger orders containing multiple items.
For ready-made and in-stock items, order processing is typically 2–3 business days. To help keep production times as short as possible, I regularly restock popular designs as current orders are completed.
Current production updates, holiday notices, and shipping announcements are always posted at the top of the website.
If you have a deadline or special request, feel free to reach out via the Contact Us page to inquire about current processing times, expedited production (when available and subject to an additional fee), or faster shipping options.

Love Your Suds ships worldwide from Vancouver, Canada. Shipping options, rates, estimated delivery times, customs information, and other important details can vary, depending on your location.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! FREE local pickup is available in Vancouver, British Columbia. Pickup is by appointment only and must be arranged in advance. If you're interested in local pickup, please contact me before placing your order so we can confirm availability and coordinate the details.
Once arrangements have been made, Canadian customers can select the pickup option during checkout. International customers will be provided with a coupon code to remove shipping charges.
For everyone's convenience, pickup times are scheduled individually and are available during regular business hours.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
In many cases, yes! If you've recently placed an order and would like to add additional items, please reply to your original order confirmation email before placing your second order.
If your original order has not yet shipped, I can usually combine the orders and help you avoid paying shipping charges twice. In some cases, an additional fee may apply if the combined order requires a larger package or exceeds the original shipping weight. Once I confirm that your orders can be combined, instructions will be provided for placing the additional order.

Product Sizing & Compatibility
What size tool do I need?
The size of the Soap Scraper, Kaleidoscope Tool, or KaleidoSwirl™ Tool you need depends on the size of the mold you are using. The same applies to Soap Stamps. For Extruder Discs, the size depends on the extruder you are using.
The first step is to measure the inside dimensions of your mold or extruder. I recommend taking the measurements yourself, as the dimensions provided by suppliers are not always accurate. This is particularly true for products sold through online marketplaces, where specifications may not always match the actual item.
If you use a Pringles® can as a column mold, it's worth noting that several sizes have been manufactured over the years, and dimensions can vary depending on when and where the can was purchased.

Are Kaleidoscope Tools interchangeable between molds?
Not always. Kaleidoscope Tools are designed to fit specific mold sizes and are not universally interchangeable. For example, the Love Your Suds Silicone Round Column Mold and PVC Round Column Mold use different-sized Kaleidoscope Tools because the internal diameters of the molds are different. Similarly, molds from other suppliers may have different internal dimensions, even when their advertised sizes appear similar.
Using a tool that is too small can result in uneven designs, while a tool that is too large may not fit through the mold at all. For best results, always select a Kaleidoscope Tool that matches the specific mold you are using. If you're unsure whether a tool is compatible with your mold, please reach out before ordering. What is the difference between the Silicone Round Mold and PVC Round Mold?
Both molds are designed for creating beautiful Kaleidosoap designs, but they offer slightly different experiences and results.
The Love Your Suds Silicone Round Column Mold is flexible, durable, and very easy to unmold your soap from. It produces bars that are approximately 2.81 inches (71 mm) in diameter and is a popular choice for soapmakers who value convenience and ease of use.
The Love Your Suds PVC Round Column Mold is rigid and produces perfectly round bars that are approximately 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter. Many soapmakers prefer the larger finished bar size and the crisp, consistent shape that a PVC mold provides. It's also easy to unmold from with the right approach.
Instructions are included with every mold order to help you get the most out of your products.

Orders & Support
Something is missing or damaged. What should I do?
Please don't worry. While I take great care in preparing every order, human error can happen and mail carriers aren't always gentle with packages. If something is missing or damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt, whichever is later.
To help me investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of:
These photos are required so I can determine whether an item was damaged in transit, omitted during packing, or accidentally discarded with the packaging.
Please note that replacements, refunds, and shipping claims can only be processed within the timeframe above and when the requested photos are provided.
