Directions for use:
Line up both sides of the mold and press along the edges so they lock together. Starting at the bottom/centre, press along each edge, closing any gaps as you work from the bottom to the top. Optional binder clips can be attached to the sides for extra security if you like to gel your soaps (gelling = heat = soap batter can expand). Add 2 binder clips at the midway point and 2 at the top to secure. Mold will stand up unassisted on a flat, even surface. Due to the flexible nature of silicone, soaps that reach higher temps and/or expand in the mold may be change to a more oval shape. For 100% certainty that your soaps will be perfectly circular, check out the Love Your Suds PVC Column Mold and Kaleidoscope Set with a PVC Column Mold – these are rigid molds. To retain the round shape of your Silicone Round Column Mold, store as shown in picture 3 when not in use.
