For the past year, Love Your Suds products have been shipping tariff-free to the USA under CUSMA (USMCA).

However, proposed U.S. tariff changes scheduled for August 19, 2026 may affect shipments from Canada. While the final details are still being determined, I want to be as transparent as possible so you can plan ahead.

If you've been thinking about placing an order, I recommend ordering by August 5 to allow enough time for production and shipping before the proposed changes take effect.

Here's what you can expect right now:

Good news for my American friends! I’ve jumped through the official hoops so you don’t have to worry about added costs. Almost all Love Your Suds products are now officially CUSMA certified. That means orders shipping to the USA continue to cross the border duty-free.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Soap Shaper purchase, we have a Return Policy in place to ensure a hassle-free return process. You can review our Return Policy in full detail here > To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by sending a reply to your order confirmation email. Once your return request has been reviewed by our team please return your item/s in original, unused condition and in the original packaging within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges and processing fees. A 15% restocking fee is applicable to cover our costs for refund processing and restocking the returned items. We reserve the right to deduct a shipping fee if the goods were originally shipped free or with our discounted flat-rate shipping as part of our discounted shipping program.

Missing or Damaged Items 
We take great care in preparing your packages, but human error happens sometimes, and mail delivery can be unexpectedly rough occasionally. If something is missing or damaged, simply reach out by replying to your order confirmation email within three (3) weeks of purchase or two (2) weeks of receipt. Photo/s of the following must be included:

Your entire package, including all contents: 

• All Love Your Suds Products included
• The box your package came in – Please show the inside of the box and any writing noted on the inside of the box
• All other packaging items (including tissue, padding, packaging peanuts, etc.)
• Your paper receipt with handwritten notes
• Zip-lock and/or glassine bag with ThankReview card and any extras

Please note: replacements can only be provided within this timeframe and with photo/s of all the items listed above being provided; otherwise, we cannot confirm what was received or damaged or that an item wasn't accidentally discarded with the packaging.

Please also note: If the item's value is less than the cost to ship it, you have the choice of receiving a refund or we can include a replacement with your next order. If you choose the latter, a coupon code will be provided to you.

Shipping 
When you place an order your items will be carefully packaged and shipped, usually within 5 business days. Most of our orders are shipped with Canada Post/USPS. When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. We offer shipping to you at our cost price or lower.
